NOTE: Purchases are all handled through PayPal. After placing your purchase you will be emailed a username and password to login and download your software. The email will be from [email protected] please make sure you modify your spam filters to allow email from that address!
Does SecondRun.tv work in Windows Vista
Currently NO. There are some issues that we are still working on ironing out with the media center plugin on Windows Vista. Currently SecondRun.tv only works on Windows 7.
I just paid but didn’t get an email with download information
We have an automated system that will send you your download information right after you make a purchase. This process should never take longer than a few minutes. If you have just paid and didn't get an email titled "Download Information" the most likely it was blocked by your SPAM filter. Check your SPAM filter for the email or make sure that you have @fullrevolution.com whitelisted in your email application. If you need to get your login information just send us and email using the contact form on our website and we will email your download information to you.
Do I have to pay using PayPal?
We use PayPal for all of our payment processing needs... When you click the "Buy It" link you will be taken to a PayPal page. If you have a PayPal account feel free to use it. If you don't have a PayPal account and would rather just pay using a credit card you can click the link at the bottom of the page that says "Don't Have a PayPal Account" and just pay with a credit card.
